First-plan bonus

Your first paid monthly or yearly plan may include a one-time 20% first-month credit bonus, as shown in checkout. This includes PayPal subscriptions and non-renewing cryptocurrency plans. Annual rewards use one twelfth of the yearly allowance. Renewals and one-time credit packs are excluded. Each order has a fixed 30-minute bonus deadline. The banner’s 30-minute rounds automatically renew but never extend an existing order. Payment must complete within the order deadline and be independently verified. Bonus credits expire after the first month, or at the end of the first monthly paid period if earlier. Refunds, reversals and disputes revoke the associated bonus; refunding does not reset eligibility. Plan prices and future renewals are unchanged. See the exact rewards on the pricing page.

Credits and purchases

Checkout offers monthly and annual automatically renewing subscriptions, and one-time digital credit packs, in USD. The checkout summary shows the exact price, billing interval and credits before payment. Subscriptions renew at the displayed price until cancelled in Settings. Each confirmed cycle payment grants the displayed credits, which expire at the end of that billing period; annual credits are delivered upfront. Unused subscription credits do not roll over. One-time pack credits never expire and do not renew. Signup credits have no cash value.

Credits are granted only after our server verifies completed payment with PayPal. A browser redirect or pending payment does not grant credits. AI requests reserve credits on submission; a confirmed provider failure restores eligible credits once. An uncertain submission remains under review to avoid duplicate billing.

Cryptocurrency payments

Plans and credit packs can be paid through OxaPay when cryptocurrency checkout is available. Monthly and yearly cryptocurrency purchases are paid once, issue the displayed credits after confirmation, and expire after one calendar month or year respectively. They do not renew automatically. One-time pack credits do not expire. Choose the currency and network shown on the payment page and send the exact amount requested. Your wallet may charge a network fee. Credits are added only after the payment is confirmed; a partial payment or an expired invoice does not by itself grant credits.

Cancellation and failed payments

Cancel automatic renewal in Settings or in your PayPal account. Cancellation stops future charges and preserves credits until the end of the already-paid period. It does not automatically refund a payment. Failed or pending cycle payments do not grant credits. Only one progressing subscription is allowed per account; cancel it before starting another plan. Plan changes are not prorated.

Immediate digital delivery

Before checkout you must affirmatively request immediate delivery of digital credits. This may affect applicable cancellation rights, but statutory rights are not affected.

Refunds and disputes

See the Refund Policy. Verified refunds, payment reversals and disputes suspend unused credits and service access tied to that purchase. A verified failed refund or seller-favour dispute resolution can restore the remaining entitlement. Files already downloaded cannot be recalled.

Non-excludable statutory consumer rights take priority over these terms. Contact support about account access, payment discrepancies or deletion requests.
