Hotel Lobby AI — questions, answered

Do the photos need to be taken together?

No. Add two separate portraits, one adult per photo. The first supplies the left performer and the second supplies the right performer.

Can I add our names?

Yes. Use the optional direction field for names and an occasion. The model uses it as guidance for original lyrics; wording, pronunciation and lip sync can vary.

Does this use the original Hotel Lobby track?

No original recording or lyrics are provided. AI sound requests a newly generated beat and vocals, without cloning an artist’s voice.

What will this video cost?

The default 12-second clip uses 144 credits at 480p or 324 at 720p. Changing the length changes the charge. The button shows the current cost before submission; signup credits do not cover a video.

Where is my finished video?

The result appears here and in My creations. A task marked failed restores its site credits; cash refunds follow the Refund Policy. AI likeness, movement and sound can vary.

More credits needed

Your balance does not cover these settings. Choose a credit pack, then return to your prepared video.
